Dr Simon Payne
Simon Payne is a visual artist and did his PHD at the RCA. He is a fantastically interesting chap and showed us examples of early 20th century motion graphics from Walter Ruttman, Oskar Fischinger and Len Lye at the recent Kinetic Colour event the Tate Modern. New Ratio explores the phenonmena of seeing and hearing, how the eye hears and the ear sees, sorta ☺Jane
